POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an all star intern to support in Global Financial Reporting & Accounting between July and September in Vienna, Austria. Further employment opportunities will be discussed at the end of the internship in light of good performance and shared career interests. This role will be crucial in shaping our next level Global Finance Structure, will assist in periodical accounts closure processes and selected project reporting obligations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role in Global Financial Reporting & Accounting will work closely with our Global Finance Coordinator. In addition you will be in touch with one of the Global Managing Directors, the Global Tax Advisor & Accountant as well as selected Account Leads. The key projects to be taken up by this role will include:
- Impact Hub Global Finance Structure upgrade
- Research on tailored financial processes (esp. financial reporting & accounting) and therewith related systems integration
- Propose systems and structure upgrade to Finance Coordinator and Global Managing Director
- Drive and lead the implementation of approved proposals
- Global Accounting Support:
- Assist in annual accounts closure of Impact Hub Association
- Assist in half year accounts closure of Impact Hub GmbH
- Coordinate monthly accounts of both entities
- Assist in Network communication related to financial matters
- Global Projects Reporting:
- Support delivery of reporting obligations to our partners in collaboration with respective Account Leads
- Development of standard reporting materials
- Ad-hoc support and assistance in network performance measurement and controlling (in line with capacity beyond 20 hours per week)
- To shape and support Impact Hub in the development of its next level Finance structure.
- To gain further work experience in financial reporting and accounting

JOB SPECIFICATION
- Role: Internship, Part-Time (+) (capacity negotiable); further employment opportunities to be discussed at end of internship

- Remuneration (employee): 600 EUR gross per month for 20 hours per week, final salary dependent on scope and nature of employment
- Contract: 3 months
- Reporting: Direct reporting to Impact Hub Global Finance Coordinator
